Villa Adele impressed me with its superior customer service, especially when compared to the typical standard in Poland. The manager was both friendly and efficient, swiftly addressing any technical issues. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated with a pleasant fragrance. The air conditioning was both effective and quiet, while the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a cozy, modern finish. Additionally, the breakfast and coffee were genuinely delicious.

Central location, quiet hotel with a very good buffet breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us good advice on purchasing online tickets for Szczeliniec and Błędne Skały, which we did not know and we therefore avoided queues. Also a very clean room.

The apartment is awesome and in a great location. A 2 minute walk to a good supermarket, plus a fully stocked kitchen to make our own meals. Being on the top floor (well, specifically, it IS the top 3 floors), it is very quiet. High speed internet access, very comfortably beds and well furnished. In short, this apartment is almost perfect home-away-from-home. The host is very nice and communication is easy and very responsive.
