Very convenient for the ski slopes. The staff are amazing and the lovely receptionist went above and beyond to help us on departure when there was a mix up with our transfer. Well... I have mixed feelings.
The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Towels are changed daily or on request. The door in our rooms slammed terribly and could not be closed quietly. We didn't use the pool, but it looked small and was not suitable for swimming, only for recreation. The spa lounge offers an extensive range of oriental massages.
The view was absolutely stunning. Large balcony with a great view of the mountains and the lake. Kitchen had everything you might need. Great location. Easy to check in and check out.
The room was in very good condition, the sauna and the swimming pool are clean and convenient (but sometimes crowded), excellent breakfast. Location is perfect for tracking in Pieniny Park.
