Ambiance, location and general well maintenance of the property. Proximity to Golf course is great for long hikes and walks. Garden organic cafe is a fantastic add-on, great location and staff but more hanging seats are required @ garden cafe.
- concerts and Qawali night were great addition, atmosphere was great for families and good security and vigilance at the venue at all times.

Swiss Cottage Bhurban’s location was great, 15 minutes drive from Murree Mall road and the surrounding were beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The property was clean, decor was amazing, furniture was luxury and had all facilities like warm water, WiFi and Netflix as well. Also the property is gated and there are CCTV cameras outside along with guards making it perfect for families. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
When you walk down past the rooms it smelled like shit like literally and the staff stole tips from me. Very disappointed. There are much better and cheaper resorts. Dont waste your money here

Exceptional value of money. Great location between Murree and Bhurban. The access road needs repair but if you can look beyond that it is great. You can even get a PC Bhurban entry card/voucher if you book your stay here! Highly recommended!
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The view from the room was breathtaking I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
A quaint, clean and comfortable accommodation, equipped with all necessary amenities for a relaxing family weekend getaway. Thoughtfully furnished and well maintained with trained staff for kitchen and housekeeping services. The outdoor seating nestled by a Weeping Willow is delightful!
