Great place if you're looking for peace, quiet and less of an activity. I loved the book shelf in the gazebo and the way it was set up.
Note: come there to just be there, not to leave the place and go sightseeing. The entire purpose of the place is to drop all activity and just exist there for a while:)

Our experience at Royal Emirates Residence was marked by comfort and luxury. The garden was a highlight, offering a tranquil setting for relaxation. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. Plus, the delicious meals exceeded our expectations.
Large hotel in good, quiet, location, (just off main road) with parking onsite. Although we were not travelling with kids I upgraded to family room from Double room as the room was very large (worth paying the extra). Room had full width balcony with excellent views of the mountains, with chairs so we sit and enjoy the view. Large bed, TV, and the bathroom had hot water. The hotel had a nice lobby area to sit and have tea etc.
Arrived on the 27th, there was a parking facility. It is secure, well guarded, and staffed. Zia is available around the clock and is a great host. Access to most of main Abottabad.
