We booked four nights, but canceled after experiencing two horrible nights. I wanted to leave right away, but no one at the desk in the Cafe was available after we got a room key. The bathroom were not cleaned since at least three previous occupants. There werre long hairs, three soaps and some bottle cap on the mold soap dish. Mold around every corner and the sink.
There were a German roaches in the corridor. The see through bed seats were shocking. The toilet and shower didn’t have no dividers and the toilet floor were wet all over. They didn’t provide any cups.

The place was clean, the aircon was very good- it’s cold, the staff assist us accordingly, the place is near ayala and other establishments which is very convenient for us and there’s eatery nearby if you want to eat some homemade food, there’s also 7/11 at the back. Our stay was superb!

It so nice in person, the AC is good also we were located at the 6th floor so the view is really nice. The place is just walking distance to night markets and there are convenience stores everywhere.

I love the location since it's near the malls and clinics. It's also a walking distance from the CFO which is the reason I booked this place. The room is clean and the staff are polite.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Sheets clean and soft. Good AC. Great host who communicated quickly. Pool was lovely. Make sure your host gives you a code/pass to swim (ours did) or the guards won’t let you in.
clean, quiet and safe, very small kitchen area so not that suitable for cooking but good washing machine in bathroom and dry clothes on balcony, I would stay again if I needed to be in that area
