Very comfortable beds in a cosy clean room, it felt really homely which we loved after long travel days. We used this accommodation on 2 occasions both after/ before flying via Cebu airport. We booked the shared bathroom option & there are 3 separate bathrooms with showers so you don’t even feel like you’re sharing.
Very welcoming owner who is helpful with any recommendations/ transport queries.
The ramen place close by recommended by the owner was lovely. Grab also delivers so ideal as there isn’t loads of nice food options nearby. Highly recommend for a short stay, we would definitely use again if we come back!

Mactan Sotogrande is located in a quiet area, has a private pool and was perfect for my Dad who preferred peace and quiet whilst on holiday to visit our family in the Philippines.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and the gym was really well decked out with new equipment.
Location was nice and quiet with a private beach. Wasn’t far from the airport either.
Standard double rooms were quite small.
The Ibeza restaurant was damaged in a storm and no longer exists.
Great location to stay overnight for a next day flight. Was nice to have an apartment for a change and handy that it was ground floor. The flat had all amenties, a kitchenette with fridge and kettle. A balcony (no view) use of a lovely pool in the block next door (closed on Mondays). Lots of shops and eateries within 10 minute walk. Good WiFi. We noted that a selection of snacks and drinks were in a cabinet to purchase cheaply, handy if you don't want to go out

Everything about the apartment was so nice! We loved the view and the quietness after a busy trip. It is quite close to the mall and there is a private resort where you could relax all day long.
