Right at the beach with very little tourist, a real hideaway. You can order lunch or dinner for 350php, from 3 different options, it was always very tasty. The beach is clean, the ocean calm, the water shallow, perfect place for kids to swim. We enjoyed our time a lot and stayed longer in the end. If you snorkel to the rocks there is a shipwreck you can see. Sadly we didn’t see any turtles, it might not be season. Also waves weren’t good for surfing, but enough for beginners lessons though. Got to this hostel after a 4 day expedition trip and it was certainly a great hostel to arrive to! Very comfortable, big beds, lots of space in the room plus the girls only private shower/bathrooms were LUSH. Huge choice of breakfast, love the egg/omelette station. Lovely dining and common area, free use of washing machine. Great location too - handy to everywhere & staff very helpful with booking tours and arranging tricycles etc

Although it’s a hostel and can be loud during the day, the quiet time after 11pm is stringently enforced so no issue sleeping
I am an experienced traveler (41 countries) who specializes in eco-travel and I found the hotel beautifully designed and quiet. It should change their name of “resort” to “boutique hotel” or “eco-lodge” because the small size, exclusivity and nature are what make it charming. The staff was also very kind and accommodating.
A gorgeous luxury treat at the end of a 2 week stay in the Philippines. The Bungalows are beautiful, quiet and peaceful, while the beach club and restaurant provide the perfect sunset date. It’s not cheap, but it’s definitely the nicest place we stayed in El Nido. A special mention of the Club Sandwich - the best I’ve ever had!!
The couple running this homestay is absolutely adorable! They are very helpful and helped us booking trips and rides, or just provided us the needed information.
Coffee/tea and water is for free. Other drinks are offered cheap. They even allowed to use their kitchen as it was ours.
The location is in the seafront in a quiet genuine neighborhood. Just a short walk from the city center.
Gordo just set up a new Wifi while we stayed there. From then it was working properly!
The bathroom in the dorm was surprisingly clean.
The owner Buboy is a great host -now my friend -him and his family are great -the hotel is a great price and the rooms clean and spacious in a quiet area away from the noisy tourists -cheap to get around even if you do not have a rented scooter-like 30 pesos from the hotel to the main town and great wi-fi .loved my stay here in beautiful el Nido -5 stars.
