The hospitality of the owner was exceptional, he even picked us up from the ferry terminal and helped us get a guide to do the Bohol tour.
The room was very clean, facilities were nice, and I am glad the shower had hot water.
For a 200 Php you can have an amazing breakfast. Also the restaurants he recommended for dinner near the guesthouse were the best in town.
Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional and extremely kind host. The reviews are true, Justin is an amazing host. He was very accommodating with requests and made our stay hassle-free and fun. We were lucky that we were the only guests that was checked in that weekend. Free airport pick up and drop off. We arrived at 8 pm and pick up was a breeze. He shuttled us back and forth at Alona Beach so we could have dinner. We didn’t have any booked activities and when I told him about it, he helped set up a private tour for us. Included breakfast was good enough for us. The property staff were wonderful, they keep the property well-maintained and clean. Property is close to the airport and Alona beach (Around 10-15 mins away). Nearby convenience store, food stalls.
Rooms are cozy, good for couples or solo travelers. Smart TV in room, strong wifi signal, adequate lighting in room. Comfy bed, clean white sheets, thick blankets and fluffy pillows. AC cools room quickly.
Bathroom is on the smaller side (Not much space in front of you if you’re on the toilet bowl) but was not really an issue for us. Justin was transparent about water supply(something about source of water, used to be fresh water from mainland but it was changed so we might notice the water quality, but tbh, didn’t notice it). Shower heater heats up water quickly. There was a body wash and shampoo in bathroom. Towels are provided, clean and thickness were good.
Justin made sure our stay was relaxing and fun. He drove us back and forth the nearest beach (Libaong) when I told him I just wanted a quick dip in the water and quick meal; it took us about 5 minutes from his property. He suggested that we walk along the beach to get to Dumaluan beach which was a nice and relaxing walk and once we got to Dumaluan, there were more food options since there were a couple of beach resorts there.
Since the place was not fully booked, he let us check out late since our flight was in the evening. I highly recommend Justin’s property!

Everything! It was a bit far from Alona beach but its fine. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the resort. Loved the food! We actually preferred it over the food we had outside. They also pack sandwiches for you for breakfast in case you have to go early for an activity and umable to have it at the resort.

it was very spacious and clean with LOTS of light coming in through the full-height windows/slide-doors.
I slept like a baby with open slide door and window enjoying the pleasant ocean breeze, didnt need the AC at all! sometimes there is less wind and these were the nights when I dreamed of a fan.

The mountainous view, the overlooking with view of the city of Tagbilaran and the seaview. I like the landscape of the accommodation.For me, it is a quiet place away from the busy road and city life. Big swimming pool.
The resort overall is nice, especially the family bungalow with a sea view is a very nice option with a big terrace. The location is very quiet with a direct access to the beach. The rooms were clean. The owners of the place is very friendly and willing to help.

We stayed in this property for 4 days with my partner and our extended family. What we loved: 1) this charming boutique hotel is new and modern, 2) only limited number of rooms (unlike some of the bigger hotels at Alona) which meant it was far more peaceful, 3) rooms were spacious and clean, 4) good food at the restaurant at reasonable prices, and 5) as for what really stood out for us: the staff were incredible - very kind, helpful and truly customer oriented.
A newly built property in a great location, 300 meters from the main road. Very quiet neighborhood. The facility is modern, with a great vibe. It has a large restaurant, nice bar with delicious drinks at good prices. The breakfasts are big and tasty. Good coffee as well.
The standard of the room is a 4-star hotel. All new, good quality. Incredibly comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, clean and cozy.
Last or not the least, friendly owners and polite and helpful staff.
