This place is a 10 in every possible way. Super clean rooms, extremely friendly and kind all-women team staff. Try freediving with the local instructor Amour; she is legit and qualified, very skilled and serious: she will improve a lot your diving and breathing skills. By far best place in Mabini, I wish I could have stayed more time in their beautiful house!

The bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well, the shower was hot and the air con cool. Everything was good and the comfortable sitting room (as shown in the photos) made up for the rather small room. It's not a hotel, more of an AirBnB set up so you are almost part of the family.

Breakfast was really good. Service was even more impeccable. The house is like your home far away from home. THe pool is very clean. Completing the whole experience was the great food, fun water activities, safe, clean, and hygienic amenities, and the very warm and welcoming staff of Casa Del Beach House. The hotel is quaint, clean with the most amazing staff who accommodated us beautifully. The pool was clean and well maintained. The gardens around the hotel were well kept with some lovely trees. The small restaurant on site was always busy and we ate a lot of their tasty dishes on offer. The beach was a short walk.

Above all, it was nice to have a SM mall close by, and the interior facilities were clean and the kitchen utensils were well equipped, so it was comfortable for my family to stay together. The surroundings are quiet, too. Whenever I visit the Philippines, I only use this place.

Pictures on the internet do not do justice to this property's wow factor. Location was fab. Quiet but close to shops and the mall. Very comfortable would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Clean, the room looked new or newly renovated. Had all the basic amenities which is not always the case in cheaper accommodation. Even had a jug. Location good for catching a ferry. Was only 400 or so meters. Food options not great.
