The location is excellent. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and 3-5 minute walk to restaurants. There are no signs (it's opposite the red and blue wall, down the path by the other red wall - Google maps is correct) but most tricycle drivers seem to know where it is. A tricycle ride from the port should cost 20-100 pesos depending on your negotiation skills. It's only 2km away. The property was quiet. I liked the free water refill station, communal kettle, coffee (but there's no tea), shared dining table and balcony chairs.

Feels like a home away from home. The rooms are GREAT and good aircon, kettle also in the room. They have a beautiful and clean garden and a kitchen available. Free drinking water, and the property is close to everything you need - shops, restaurants, beach. In front of the property is a nice park, which is a beautiful walk to the beach, only 200 meters !

The staff were great, always ready to help, and nothing was too much to ask. The location was a short walk from the beach, town, and ferry, so it was away from all the noise whilst being close enough to all the attractions.

The location is wise, considering it's in the center but the room is not. They don't have a free toiletries and the towel is hard as a used rag tho it's acceptable considering the price but yeah it's not that clean and accommodating. It's not cold as well. I think the bed is not clean.

Very friendly owner, helped us to get transport in the early morning. Free water and cheap motorbike rental. Aircon is super quiet, one doesn't hear it at all.
Bed is very comfy
The view is great from the balcony if you choose seaview rooms, the territory is secured and locked at night with guard present 24/7 if that is important to you. The AC was nice and relatively quiet, not the cheap and noisy one as in most places there. The bed was good.
Great place to spend some days. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean, comfortable and quiet. Time goes slowly there. Superb kitchen. The location is privileged, with their own private beach. Don't doubt it.
The boutique hotel has an authentic Asian style. The attention to detail makes it a perfect hotel. Value for money, it's not a big room we had but it's cozy and charming. The lounge with a relaxing seating area. The breakfast is on the rooftop and the chefs prepared good eggs and bacon!
i like that's very quite, private, cheap and high quality and comfort. very beautiful place. it may not be beach front. but it's facilities is better than those beach front resorts. the beach is just 3 minutes walk anyway. the place looks brand-new eventhough it's already 5 years. wifi is reliable.
