Great location. Quiet, secure neighbourhood. Easy walk to the old town. Buses to Chan Chan and Huanchaco go right past the end of the road. Short walk to El Dorado bus terminal for buses to Máncora.
Nice top floor terrace sitting area with sunset. Fridge to store food. Cafe downstairs does good coffee.
Staff were helpful and kept my luggage until my late bus.

I loved everything about this place; a great location near the beach and bus, with a shop within a couple of blocks that sells everything. The room is enormous with sea views and a private bathrooms, and very clean with beautiful pictures. The kitchen is very large with everything you need, and the lady is very kind. The internet is very fast and stable. You can enjoy magnificent sunsets and sea views from the rooftop terrace . I was so sad to leave this place, but I definitely want to return here next time I'm in Perú.
We arrived super early from an overnight bus journey (5.30am!) and were still able to check in straight away which was very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and booked us taxis when needed. Room was clean and comfortable, very nice shower. Great location on a quiet street, only a 15min walk to Plaza de Armas.
The lady who runs the place is incredibly hospitable and kind. It was a reasonable price for a very basic but private room. Wifi was good. There is a kitchen available for use. Breakfast available if you want. THE TORTOISES ARE AWESOME!
And Trujillo city centre is actually pretty. The hostel is 100 metres from a pleasant walking street that leads all the way down to the main plaza.
Quiet room with only little traffic noise. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Close to city center. Absolutely valuable for the price.
