The most comfortable bed sheets ever! Best sleep I've had in two weeks being on the Inca trail and Amazon. The host was extremely hospitable and even drove us to the airport. Our flight the next day wasn't until 8pm and he was extremely accommodating, let us stay for a little extra pay (in America we would have had to pay an entire extra night for as long as we stayed!). And then breakfast- was amazing. Provided juice, coffee, eggs and sweet rolls. Most pleased with this property while 2 weeks in Peru.

Wonderful little guesthouse, easy to find. I felt very comfortable there. It's a bit outside the city, but it's very easy to take a cheap mototaxi or a bus to the centre. The wifi worked perfectly and everything was clean. There are shops around (even a supermarket), and also several restaurants (with chifa and chicken). The owner is super friendly and kind. I can recommend Otorongo for 100%!

Big rooms, nice charming hotel, comfy beds, nice common areas including an upstair first floor lounge area with a balcony and view on the river. Rooms are quiet (but without windows). Location is very good. Staff very nice.
At first we were hesitant to book here because of the location, but we are so happy we did! After spending 2 weeks in the jungle, this place was perfect to relax. If you need some quiet in the chias of Iquitos, this place is worth the 20 min Tuk Tuk ride.
The rooms were very cosy and nicely decorated. The living room space was a great to have… felt like a luxury to be able to lie on a sofa! The kitchen Is well equipped and there is a supermarket close by so you can cook the meals you like.
The staff was exceptionally great, helping us with everything. Rooms were spacy and comfortable and yet not expensive. In addition we had a great view over the Amazon river. Good location, near the city center but still quiet. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommented!!
