Breakfast was offsite down the road (we stayed at the beach property). It was good. Beach is large, not many waves, a little rundown. Beach house is basic, roomy, with a kitchen, clean and comfortable and host was very accommodating. It's not fancy, but you're on the beach and its quite comfortable.

The host was genuinely a very nice man. He tried to make us feel comfortable, welcome, and helpful. The included breakfast at the nearby restaurant was very tasty. The room was large and actually very clean (despite its disrepair).

Jorge was a great host. Breakfast was very good and his location right above Playa Palmar was excellent. We upgraded from a downstairs room to adjoining rooms upstairs with a balcony - well worth the price.
