This is a very reasonably priced small guest house. From the outside, it looks very plain. This of course makes the inside such a wonderful surprise. The inner courtyard with its ring of palm trees, pool and sitting area are lovely. Beautiful place to sit out in the evening. There is a covered area at the back of the yard, perfect for a cigar.

A very sweet young woman named Casey was in attendance during the day and although she did not speak much English, we communicated quite nicely for the most part using Google Translate. It was fun actually. She will make breakfast for you if you wish for a fee. There is also a cafeteria named Niko's close by (within 10 minute walk) that is open 24 hours.
The house is in a quiet residential area and we felt very safe . Just a short Uber ride to the old city (under $5 - often less depending on the time of day)

Great location and room for the price. Direct access to the Metro and cheap location to Uber around the Business District and the common tourist spot. Amenities weren’t the nicest as the elevators were broken but all in all we would definitely come back!
Stunning place very clean easy access to everything. Amazing value for money would 100% recommend host are easy to get hold off via what’s app. Very helpful. The place itself is huge very rustic style with a touch of luxury you have everything you can possibly need here washing machine, tumble dryer cooking facilities microwave even an air fryer. The place is super clean quiet and very central.
The room had a huge bed & great AC. The kitchen was always spotless & with filtered water. Nelson cooked breakfast to order every morning & was a great host. Very friendly (even though we’d no Spanish) & remembered everyone’s names. The laundry was also very cheap.
