The property is beautiful and very clean. The restaurant is excellent and I would eat there even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. The breakfast in the morning if fantastic. It is very quiet there and relaxing with the hammock on the porch. I slept great there. The mattress was extremely comfortable. They have thought of every detail. The owners are also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Hotel managers Ute and Ingo are super friendly and offered all kind of assistance whenever we needed (particularly when we do not understand Spanish when in trouble). Breakfast were tailored according to our nutritional needs and freshly made and we enjoyed it very much every morning. The whole stay offered super value and we highly recommend it. The playa Las Lajas is only 10 minutes drive away and you can have all the tranquility and peace the beautiful endless beach offers.

Casapreciosa is a gem! The setting is beautiful and Uta was warm, welcoming and very helpful with every detail. The room was 100% spotless. I know because I lost the back of an earring and used my flashlight to look under the bed and around every corner. No luck finding the backing, but every nook and cranny was immaculate. Breakfast was excellent, served overlooking the pool and mountains. They love animals and welcome them, too.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The host was very helpful as we booked very late and could not find the place in the dark, so he drove to find us and help us arrive at the location. He was very hospitable and offered us coffee the next morning.
The best thing about this place was the location. It is a 5 minute walk to the Pacific, amazing warm water and quiet beach.
Their garden is also very nice and it has a swimming pool.
Romana is a wonderful, charming hostess. Breakfasts are very generous and delicious. The grounds are beautifully kept by Paulo and his excellent artwork is scattered around the property. We had a fantastic stay in Las Lajas

Everything in the accommodation was perfect. The pictures and the description correspond exactly to what you get. The owner Ramona and her husband are wonderful people and it was a great pleasure to meet them and spend time in their accommodation. The breakfast was delicious and varied. A lot of work and love goes into the accommodation and it shows. We actually thought it was a real shame that we had only booked one night. I would come here again any time and enjoy the peace and quiet.
