We really liked Pura and Jose. They were so friendly and helpful. Jose made an amazing and very plentiful cold breakfast. They had nice touches in the room, like a full size bar of soap, liquid soap, bathmat, big closet. Good hot water. Nice rocking chairs outside the room on the terrace.

I have been using booking.com for 10 years. Everything about this rental was great. The hosts went above and beyond to get me into town, advice on where to eat and where to get things. My next stop in Alto Boquete was easier following their advice.
Need a taxi to get to places, but the cost was negligble. Hosts advised on their favorite taxi driver for my next stop. The advice on setting up with Uber and inDrive to get competitive rides. This is not to take away from the rental - any closer would have taken away from the quality of the home - I would think.

Prices were pretty good, however, make sure you are renting a room with air conditioning, as the cheaper ones don't have any and I did not see any upfront information about that, meaning I was upcharged since being in David without it is madness.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
The personnel were pleasant. They made every effort to please. The eggs were cooked correctly, for example, and the coffee was hot and strong in addition of being good quality. The room was reasonably quiet and the bed was decent; the table was of decent size.
The Location was great, like 20 minutes to the David bus station. 400 feet from the David Central Park.
Their restaurant the food was wonderful and cheap. The staff is amazing.
The owner was very friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is a bathroom attached to the dorm. Private rooms can either also use that bathroom or go to the back covered verandah. You have to like having a dog's and cats around the house. I didn't find them a problem. You can walk to town 10 - 15m or taxi $2. It is a good economical overnighter.
I received an upgrade to a master suite on the top floor. It was very spacious and quiet and had a nice view over the city centre to the mountains on the horizon. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had an excellent shower and a jacuzzi. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. The free airport drop-off was much appreciated.
Good and clean hostel with friendly staff, perfect for overnight stay in David, 10 minutes by walking from the main bus terminal. Although it is located near the city centre, the hostel is very calm and quiet.
Very cute hostel with a really friendly and helpful host, who provides you with the list of cheap activities you can do around and local restaurants with really tasty food. Very strong Wi-Fi connection, I had meetings for almost 3 hours and it never got interrupted. Perfect kitchen and lovely garden. Location is also super convenient, 5 min walk from the center on a quiet road with nature around. Cheap laundry. The host speaks perfect English. We had a really great time there and would love to come back :)
