Great place to stay in Nizwa! The location couldnt be any better, right next to the fort and other atractions, the owner super kind and respectful. The room was perfect, really confortable bed and the air conditioner worked perfect since we went in summer.

Ali and Mohammed were generous and kind hosts. Ali went above and beyond to accommodate us and recommend an itinerary for us while in Nizwa. The accommodation has a nice traditional feel while also being modern. The accommodation is within walking distance of several new cafes and sights. The only thing to be mindful of is that the roads in this part of Nizwa are narrow and can often only accommodate one car. We would highly recommend staying in this inn when visiting Nizwa.

This is a cosy guest house with large windows, green backyard and BBQ terrace, located close to the old city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and very green. Mohamed is a great host, who welcomed us with open heart, guided us through old Nizwa and showed all major sights and cafes. We absolutely recommend this place!
Great location just outside and adjacent to the citywall. Friendly staff and private parking, which is useful as the general parking lot that many hotels use is in the wadi, and cannot be used during (heavy) rainfall.
A great hostel - simple but has everything - tea, coffee, washing machine with free detergent, kitchen, communal space. Great host who even made a yoghurt dip with bread for us all to share in the afternoon. Individual lockers to use.

Highly recommended. Located in city center, room very spacious even if undergrounded, a/c working perfectly. They offer us a basket of fresh fruit at arrival! Omani’s people are very friendly!

- Great location few minutes away by foot from the fort, market and many shops around. At the same time it's a bit away from busy roads, so it's very quiet.
- Cheap breakfast.
- Kitchen with anything you need to cook some food if needed.
- Outside terrace that can be used for eating or chatting, and another rooftop terrace to chill out.
