Their home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and LOCATION was exceptional. Gorgeous views from 2nd story deck, just cross the street for a walk on the beach or stroll 5-10 minutes to a selection of restaurants. Cherry on top are the lovely treats in your room...wine, cheese, crackers, chocolates! And a 5 star gourmet breakfast as beautifully presented as tasty!

The B&B is located in a wonderful area off the tourist beaten track. The beach is just a couple minutes away and feels like your own. The local restaurant has a definite “Cheers” vibe to it! And the area is just lovely.

Our stay at Annabells B&B was great. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt welcomed. Staying here is more like staying with a friend or family member than staying at a traditional motel/hotel. Our host, Beverley, treated us as if she had known us for ages. She cooked us an excellent breakfast each morning and offered suggestions on where to go that day. Our bedroom was comfortable and the facilities were great. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay while travelling that offers more than a simple room, Annabells B&B is an excellent choice.

This wonderful cottage was perfect for our stay. The serenity made it ideal for sitting outside and listening to the wonderful sounds of nature, including all sorts of bird life and a few farm animals. A perfect mix! The location is just a short drive away to many gorgeous, uncrowded beaches, as well as forest hikes and waterfalls. The hosts, Jane and Doug are truly wonderful, kind people. They will give you all the privacy you wish, but are such a pleasure to chat with if you want. Nothing is too much trouble to make sure you have the best stay. Jane also provided lots of extras, including cozy oversized hoodies, which we appreciated as we sat out on the veranda watching the night sky and listening to rurus and kiwis. We will be highly recommending this place, and it will be first on our list the next time we are back in NZ.

Great location with spectacular views of the bay from the bedroom, pool or breakfast/lounge area. Spa Pool is awesome with stunning night or day views. Room is comfortable, with all necessities and heaps of luxury supplies. David is a master at hosting and makes guests feel absolutely welcome, with friendly chats and tons of activity, dining and entertainment recommendations. Privacy was never an issue when we needed it.

was delicious and generous. I especially loved the fresh fruit. The location was quiet with a little river in back. The beach is a quick walk away. The main town is very nearby. Our room was fantastic with a private back patio facing beautiful foliage with the river just beyond. We had a king bed and spa bath - all sparkling clean.
Debbie and Ernst are great hosts who had lovely and special ideas such as the private bathtub in the rainforest and lots of different trails to discover. Felt like adventure holiday with luxury feautures. Thank you so much- we would love to come back someday.

Absolutely amazing bed and breakfast in Whitianga with great location. Clean, cozy rooms with comfy beds, private patio, bathroom with a large bath and shower, separate toilet, microwave, washing machine with laundry liquid, drayer, hair drayer, toaster, fridge with all nessesaties, free wifi. They even provide a free shovel for digging a pool on Hot Water beach!
The guest unit has a private entrance and 1 carpark. The place is quite but a dog and a cat live in the house. Highly recommended B&B. Thank you Jennie and Peter!
