Amazing and comfortable stay, even if it was just one night for me! I had not just a room but an apartment for myself, including winter garden, with everything I needed - and more. Comfortable bed, nice and lovingly furnished rooms with attention to detail, and even some sweet treats in the fridge!
It was great to chat with the owners, and they prepared a marvellous breakfast.
Location is a little bit outside of Warkworth, but everything is within easy reach of a few minutes by car.
All this at a VERY fair price.

Everything was excellent, very clean, great attention to details, lovely breakfast & dish of fruits. Owner was very kind, helpful and informative. Little front patio to sit out with sea view. Large rooms and every comfort, with good shower / bathroom.

David was very welcoming, he came to greet us as we got there then left us to our privacy. There were lots of cereals, bread sugar etc. everything you could need. Lovely shampoo, Room spray etc. Great brands. Decor nice. Very spacious room also had lots of storage space (built in drawers/wardrobe with hangers) but we didnt need to use as only stayed 1 night. The shower pressure was very good! Overall we had a great stay highly reccommend. We will definitely come back when we want to get away from the city of Auckland 😊

Ideal location on the outskirts of Auckland. Yet feeling like you're in a very rural setting. Beautiful gardens and all you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable - a big apartment space. Lovely outlook into a stunning lush lawn and trees, sunny. Quiet and private. Homely, also with books, mags and games. For me the location was excellent and it is close to town. Places recommended to eat were really great. Couldn't find a TV - but that wasn't a biggy for me as there were good Wifi connection for a laptop. Madeline was an excellent communicator and this helped the whole process be very easy - thanks for a great stay Madeline
This unit was beautifully decorated and presented . We were really impressed with the quality of the decor and furnishings and the setting was private and quiet . While the unit is attached to the main house , it feels like it’s totally detached and private . Just a 5 min walk away you had the Grange shopping centre so able to get dinner or takeaways with a short walk . The local info provided was super helpful and our host was excellent

Lovely setting, so quiet but close enough to walk to town. Private rooms that access out to garden, not internal. Friendly hosts and great breakfast with all you could ask for. The bed was super comfy and the shower had great pressure.
Host met us and showed us around. Charming historical cottage. Kitchen generously supplied with teas and coffee, milk and a good selection of breakfast items, plus fruit. Very cosy, heaters/electric blanket/hot water bottles. Lovely rural setting for short walks. Everything we needed and a great location not far from Warkworth. Especially liked the friendly host.
