This location is great. It is close to a large park and the Botanic Gardens. It is on a city bus route, so once you can get a bus pass (grocery stores seem to have them), you can get around without a car quite easily. There is a nice Italian restaurant a short walk away, and a corner store for basic needs, snacks, drinks, etc.

Once we stepped in, we were wowed by the property. Amazing BnB, so clean, cosy, and huge space for big group of family. Host provided very clear direction it was really easy to get there after our flight from the airport. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the breakfast provided. Highly recommended.

Katie was a great host, the location is convenient to everything you need but feels like you’re out in the country. Like all the other guests we were enthusiastically greeted by Chase the dog, the most friendly greeting one could hope for.
This apartment is a private annex to the main house, in a rural setting just a few minutes from Takanini and Ardmore airfield. The hosts were very welcoming and have provided a quaint property with all the necessary facilities, including a/c. A pet dog and cat were very friendly and the horses provided a separate welcome. The continental breakfast was prefect. Parking was right outside. Highly recommended.
