Joya Garden & Villa Studios, hotel in Richmond

Built in 1908 this refurbished heritage villa is located in a quiet, upmarket area of town.

Wonderful personal communication and experience. The space was wonderful, nestled in trees with babbling water and bird song with lots of privacy. The facilities were exceptional, clean with lots of chic personality. Lots of space for storage, comfy bed( mattress/pillow protectors fabulous quality linen and towels). All my possible needs pre thought of. Lots of gentle lighting, charging docks, kitchen well set up, bathroom phenomenal, beautiful sofa by open windows to read/journal, desks to work from, chaise lounge it goes on! Easy walk to city centre and historic areas or lovely walks.

Great homestay in a residential area that was safe, quiet and away from town centre! The apartment offers amazing views of Nelson harbour and we chose this as it was very close to friends who live nearby. We stayed in autumn so the underfloor heating in the bathroom and electric blankets were a nice touch. Super private and exceptionally clean. The welcome pack of popcorn, crackers & cookies was a nice touch.

Great location in the middle of everything, but still quiet and private. Older facilities, but kept amazingly clean. Have had brand new units that weren't as clean as this one. Very well priced, beautiful heated pool. Friendly staff, top notch cleaners. Was originally only here for 2 days, and pushed it out to 5 because it was so good.
