Such a cute place and very well set up! Definitely private/quiet from other dwellings on the property and close to Raglan. Fresh eggs and creamy local milk are an awesome touch. Well stocked with utensils/dishes, coffee and tea! Booked the day before, just for a night and was stoked, although we didn’t meet Lucy, everything was straightforward and easy. There is a heat pump in the main area and a heater provided in the bedroom so no worries about getting chilly :)
Great location…close to cafes / restaurants. Parking right outside our room, private courtyard. Key left in room for your arrival. Stayed a couple of times now and will be back.
Warm and friendly reception from the owner, on our arrival. My grandchildren were so excited and straight away felt at home. Vibe of the place was cosy, relaxing and comfortable. Very private and quiet. Location perfect for all activities. Walking distance to shops. Will definitely be staying there again. Would recommend it anytime to anyone wanting to experience Raglan nothing at all
Everything about the property was perfect. Great location, private and cosy with lots of thought gone into the creative arty decor and all the comforts of home. The spa is lovely and relaxing, couch and beds are so comfortable and the visiting cat was so cute. Thanks again for having us. We’ll definitely be back :)
Private double room was lovely to have. Stayed true to their word and was quiet after 10pm. Room has a key to lock the glass door and a curtain for privacy. Shared bathrooms were very clean. Didn't use their shower but looked clean also.
Great value for money and location is unbeatable. Right in the centre of the village. Can park on the street leading down to the hostel but be careful as some areas are P60. Access down to the water right beside the hostel also. Would stay again!
Great location and very private. Out of the main town close to the main beach with views over the countryside and a glimpse of the wind farm in the distance. The low light pollution and clear sky at night meant we were treated to a delightful experience seeing so many stars and the cloudy outline of the milky way. This was a highlight for our daughter who got to stay up late to do some stargazing. The cottage was cosy, charming, clean, relaxing with comfy beds and just a wonderful homely feel. We loved our short stay here.
