Lovely spot. We loved being just outside of Queenstown while still close. The room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, which we needed after our long travel. The gardens and deck were a joy.

This property was very nice— good location and our stay was absolutely outstanding! It was outstanding for a reason. Our room was a corner that had a beautiful view, big sliding glass door and balcony, with super comfortable bed! However, what makes this accommodation is the Innkeeper, Deborah. Deborah is an absolute gem! She is what makes this property unbelievably special. She works tirelessly to do whatever she can to make her guest not only feel welcome but to help them with all their needs! I have no idea where she gets the energy to do it, but she did it every single day! We will never forget her! We traveled for 8 weeks all over Australia and New Zealand and she is the one person and experience I will never forget!!

This is a very nice studio apartment behind a home on a busy highway alongside Lake Hayes. We selected it for the location. We were walking from Queenstown to Arrowtown and wanted a place to stay to split up the walk, This location was a good choice. The room was comfortable. The hosts made yogurt, bread and fruit available for us to serve ourselves. There is a washing machine so we were able to wash our walking clothes and set them out on the drying rack to dry overnight. The bathroom was very nicely designed, clean and modern, but it lacked a shelf in the shower to hold soap, shampoo, etc. As we are two sisters traveling, we appreciated the twin beds. The hosts provided privacy- we never met them although we did see them come and go. Their process of contactless arrival and departure may appeal to guests.

The location was perfect -- walking distance to everything. Yes, it's on a hill, but it's really very accessible. View from room out to The Remarkables was beautiful. Sky and Angelo are fantastic hosts.

The location and view were really beautiful. It was nice to have the balcony to spend time on. The bathroom was very good and clean, and there was shampoo AND conditioner there to use (usually I only see shampoo). Check in was very easy and check out as well. We also were able to walk down to the trail and access the lake, though it was super cold! Very comfortable and clean accommodations!

Dan and Mitzi are great hosts and managed to build an amazing and wonderful Bed and Breakfast. The room was cozy and comfortable, the shared area with a fireplace made the evening special and super relaxing.
Breakfast is delicious and has a couple of varieties, so that everyone should be able to find something.
The location is quiet, offers options for nice walks and is just a few minutes drive away from Queenstown.

Very clean and modern with a nice vibe/atmosphere in the lounge area and quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast was superb and better than I expected based on my previous experience at a different Holiday Inn Express in another city. Amenities in the room were of high standard, towels were good quality and room was a very good size. Location was excellent being only a short walk from the city centre as well as conveniently close to the public bus stop for easy airport access.
Great location half way between the airport and Queenstown's city centre. Stunning views of The Remarkables. Comfortable accommodation with large patio as well as a balcony from master bedroom. Two good-sized bedrooms and a main bathroom upstairs with the kitchen/living area and powder room downstairs. Although located close to a main road the sound proofing is excellent and it was very quiet inside.
Great location in quiet and beautiful area only 10 minutes walking distance to city centre. Room was clean and spacious. Shared bathrooms are clean. There are plenty of parking places on the premises.
