We were welcomed like friends of the family, shown around & told if we needed anything else just to knock at the dining room door (which adjoins to the owners property.
We were very impressed with the spaciousness of the home!
The outside gardens are just as beautiful as the inside.

This was such a beautiful home to stay in. It was luxury at it's finest. Fred and his wife were great hosts, our private space was way more than we had expected, chocolate on each side of the bed, free wifi, coffee machine, breakfast was perfect, bathrobes, heated towel rail, heated floor in the bathroom, complimentary refreshments, everything was just perfect. Thankyou both for making our date night stay the best. Highly recommend.
If you are seeking a genuine bed and breakfast experience of generous breakfasts, charming decor, and friendly hosts, this place will not disappoint you. Faye's attention to detail is first class, and we could not have asked for more.
The setting was delightful with a paved back courtyard, country gardens and the home is surrounded by farmland.
It was very quiet and only about 10 minutes to the edge of town with it's many cafes and restaurants.
Tony met us on arrival, was very friendly and welcoming.
Noticed we had double booked by mistake and happily sorted it out with travel agency.
Room was very tidy with everything you need.
Breakfast was ample and totally delicious!

The hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet location at the back of the section at the end of a cul de sac, and with a park almost next door, a couple of km from the city centre. The homemade muesli, jams and biscuits made us feel very welcome, the boutique May Chang soaps were a lovely touch, and everything was spotlessly clean. We appreciated having a fridge, microwave, toaster, electric jug, etc.
Fabulously clean. Nice and quiet. Great location. Everything was in perfect order, and so well kept. Lots of pillow choices, electric blankets on all beds, and plenty of spare blankets (we hit a cold snap). The private spa was awesome.
The hosts, Jenny and Doug, were lovley! They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and very enjoyable.
Very thought out appliances, everything we could need was there.
The home made breakfast items and the soaps were such a wonderful touch.
The boutique was quiet and private. We had a really lovley stay and will definitely book again when in the area!
