The views were absolutely incredible! We visited during the winter and our hosts provided a lovely wood-burning fire for us in the main living area. It was extremely clean and we had a lovely breakfast each morning of granola, yogurt, fruit and porridge. The hosts also gave us really useful tips for exploring Taranaki and New Plymouth. We were well- located for exploring New Plymouth and Taranaki by our car.

Exceptional location with amazing 360 degree views
I travel a lot and this was one of the nicest private apartments that I have seen. The facilities are really comprehensive and it is clear that the hosts have thought carefully about all of the inclusions. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is a good size, and the shower is excellent. The curtains block light well and the place is very quiet, so I slept really well on all four nights.
Great location. So quiet - enjoyed the spa. Spoilt with homemade bread & baking. Super comfy beds. Apartment clean & tidy with everything we needed. Neil & Rae were great hosts.
The property was modern and well appointed. It was really quiet and very private. The drive into the city centre was quick and easy. Bell Block centre is also very close. We definitely recommend the pizza/pasta Italian restaurant! We would certainly stay here again and absolutely recommend the property.

The location was excellent. It was very handy to the town centre and ammenities. Even though it is close to the city centre, it is very quiet and private. We stayed 5 nights and it was perfect for what we required. The hosts, Jan and Willie were friendly and very helpful. The apartment is very well equiped and the little personal touches made it nice and homely. Highly recommended.
it’s a super charming apartment annexed to the owners house, overlooking a lovely green area, in a very quiet neighbourhood but very close to the city centre. it was a great stay.
Breakfast was good, some fresh fruit would have been nice. It was really nice to be able to bring my dog! Bed was very comfy, bathroom good, fireplace was started, awesome! Very quiet and private.
The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the beach and close to supermarkets and the city centre. Had a great view of Mt Taranaki from my room with a private balcony. The room was modern, clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was great. Enjoyed the pool and spa.
