Great quiet little studio room. The biggest TV anywhere we stayed in NZ - not why you pick a place to stay but it was impressive - we got take out and watched a movie. It's one room which locks off of a bigger property - we barely heard noise from anyone else, it was pretty quiet.

The view was fantastic, both during the day and the sky at night, once the clouds cleared. The bed was very comfy and the shower was hot, but it took a while to get hot water through. Instructions to get the key were very clear.

Great location, quiet and private back of the house, very easy access to the shops and supermarket by using a walking lane between the neighbouring houses. We appreciated the comfort of the house, warmth provided by the heatpump for the cold nights! Great to have a washing machine and dryer ( and washing powder provided) so we could wash our clothes after a visit at the hot pools!
