Beautiful surroundings, very comfy place to rest, close to town, easy traveling to activities and stunningly scenic destinations. Carla and Christian are wonderful hosts! The longer we stayed here the more we liked it! The location is wonderful - just a very short walk to downtown Russell with shops and restaurants. And what you get in exchange is an incredible view! Bed was the comfiest of our trip - cushy and soft but not saggy at all. Good a/c but nice to have the doors open in the daytime. Lots of good walks and we swam a few times at the beach that was 2 minutes away. Great stay!

Genuinely friendly, personal and warm welcome and farewell without being intrusive....outstanding customer service! Extremely spacious unit. Comfortably furnished meaning being able to relax and unwind was easy. Very well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Lovely that the heat pump and lights were on with curtains drawn ahead of our early evening arrival on a cold night. Quiet and private location. Throughly recommend staying here. Great location,nice and quiet. You have your own front door with the chalets. We were made to feel very welcome and were given great suggestions of places to eat and visit whilst we were there.
This is the second time I have stayed in these lovely chalets , and I had a great stay. My unit was very private and quiet , comfy bed and great shower.
I love that it is a short walk to a great cafe and 10 minutes walk into town.
Staff were helpful and facilitated our needs for extra freezer space. Location was private and off the beaten track, so was nice and quiet. Facilities were good, bed was nice, spacious, price was very good.
