The shared space was cozy, beautifully curated. the lighting fixtures were top tier. great setting for a wine night. We got there pretty late so we didn't get to see the other guests but in the morning we got to chat with the host and other guests. The dining space had multiple tables to accommodate the guests so eating together didn't feel cramped. the host clearly put a lot of attention to the space even little touches like. fresh flowers on the dining tables. Much of there breakfast was homemade and made for a nice start to the morning.

This wonderful cottage was perfect for our stay. The serenity made it ideal for sitting outside and listening to the wonderful sounds of nature, including all sorts of bird life and a few farm animals. A perfect mix! The location is just a short drive away to many gorgeous, uncrowded beaches, as well as forest hikes and waterfalls. The hosts, Jane and Doug are truly wonderful, kind people. They will give you all the privacy you wish, but are such a pleasure to chat with if you want. Nothing is too much trouble to make sure you have the best stay. Jane also provided lots of extras, including cozy oversized hoodies, which we appreciated as we sat out on the veranda watching the night sky and listening to rurus and kiwis. We will be highly recommending this place, and it will be first on our list the next time we are back in NZ.

From the lovely warm welcome to leaving, Brenda was the most wonderful host. Superb facilities, excellent breakfasts and evening meals (which are optional and cost on top but highly recommend) Really good beach only 3 minutes walk away and local shops close by if needed

Our stay at Annabells B&B was great. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt welcomed. Staying here is more like staying with a friend or family member than staying at a traditional motel/hotel. Our host, Beverley, treated us as if she had known us for ages. She cooked us an excellent breakfast each morning and offered suggestions on where to go that day. Our bedroom was comfortable and the facilities were great. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay while travelling that offers more than a simple room, Annabells B&B is an excellent choice.

Such a beautiful view of the Firth of Thames! Perfect size unit for 2 people. We loved waking up in the morning to the view. Sunset in the evening was also beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip. Would love to come and stay here again.

Beautiful spacious room with a lovely outdoor area to sit. Amazing breakfast spread of fresh fruits, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, ham, boiled eggs. A great variety of breads to toast and lovely selection of jams. Lou was a great hostess providing lots of information on the area, where to eat and what to do. A great place to stay.
Beautifully appointed in a great location. Charming modern cottage with secluded terrace front and rear in lovely natural garden. Very well equipped and thoughtful essentials provided. Also convenient short distance to shops.
The studio was private and quiet with views over fields and and Coromandel hills. The kitchen was well equipped and the property had an outdoor bath with a lovely view.
