First of all, Ali the good soul of the house is lovely, helpful and in general awesome.
The area the around the location is very beautiful. The b&b is located in a countryside with lots of animals and flora&fauna. A river as well a canal are nearby. It is super peaceful and calm. Great place for travelers by bike and famillies.

The best B&B I have ever stayed in in Europe! The host of the B&B is very kind, empathetic, humane and willing to help with any problem. The space is tastefully arranged and all details are designed from the user's perspective, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast made with love is the best B&B breakfast I have ever had! The alpacas and dogs raised are very friendly and cute. I hope I can come back and stay here for a few more days in the future. Absolute gem of a place. Located outside of Zwolle on a street of individually built detached properties. 4 mini apartments complete with everything you could need or think of. The fridge is stocked with a variety of drinks. There’s a kettle and a nespresso type machine. TV has countless channels. There’s a lovely private garden patio area with evening sun for each apartment. The day I arrived it was hot and the air con had been put on for me. There was a secure place for my bike and electric point if you have an e-bike.
I thought the food was expensive until I tried it (I didn’t want to cycle further). The owner makes everything from scratch using quality ingredients. I have allergies and she was able to make lovely food to suit me. If you want breakfast the offering will never be beaten by any 5* hotel. I took homemade pistachio croissants with me and they were as good as (if not better) than those I’ve had in Italy.

Good location, friendly host and clean. I hadn't realised it featured a shared bathroom until a few days before arrival, but thankfully I had it to myself as noone else was staying. This was lucky! Room was big, bed wasn't the most comfortable but the accommodation was quiet and the kitchen was a plus.

Very well appointed, highest level of clean, all details well thought out, bed was very comfortable, plenty of closet space, long deep bathtub to relax, serene location, beautiful sounds of song birds. Private deck and hot tub.
The wagon was perfectly furnished an warm. The place was very quiet. There are some very pleasant walking nearby. The owner was especially helpful in arranging a restaurant booking after our delayed arrival on the first night.
Breakfast was excellent, location nice and quiet, host very kind and helpful, the room was very nice, the bed excellent, we were able to have anice stroll in the area
Quiet location, very friendly and helpful hosts even when we arrived early. Second stay on return journey to UK, would highly recommend and hopefully stay again on our next trip.
The cat :) It is very friendly and comes looking for you if it spots you outside.
Furthermore there's a cow, some goats, several sheep, two pigs and quite a few chickens.
The location is very quiet in terms of traffic or other noise, there's only a very, very slight buzz from the distant highway that's easy to filter out.
