We loved the countryside location and yet it is so close to Utrecht city centre (30mins by bicycle). Very eccentric collections in the house which makes for interesting viewing! Beautiful garden at the back of the property. Two bicycles were ready for us and we cycled everywhere (even Kasteel De Haar). Belle Bistro were also a great restaurant next door. Lovely stay for my wife and I who needed a breather from the cities.

The little cottage had everything we needed. Margit met us and showed us the workings of Klein Loenen with lots of warmth. It was warm and extremely clean, breakfast supplied was more than enough each day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept fitfully. Would definitely go back when visiting Netherlands

This was my first ever overnight in the Netherlands and I could not have had a better experience. I was able to park the car easily in the street where it was very safe. The accommodation was absolutely delightful and my hostess is an extremely kind lady. When I enquired about places to eat she recommended a restaurant and even phoned to book me a table. A simple but adequate continental breakfast is available. When I enquired about how to get into Utrecht I was given very helpful instructions which worked perfectly. One really could not ask for a better hostess!

Being right on the canal and a great part of the city. Loads of great cafe, bars and shopping. You hear some noise from the street above but that is very minor and expected...adds to the stay. I would recommend the unit in the corner of you are deciding.

The property is extremely clean and comfortable. With wooden furniture, heater, fan etc. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Doing everything to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The facilities are big, and it is located in quiet village in the Utrecht. With buses available for your travel. I would definitely recommend this rental, and I will certainly be renting with Paul and Lettie again.

Soo nice people. The room was clean and beds really comfortable. Private bathroom, small but enough for 2 night stay. Localication... well if you dont have a car, to the nearest bus stop have to walk like 30 minutes, but if you have a car to Utrecht Central is 15-20 minutes. There is wi-fi, tv, pot and air conditioner. So I recommend overall 9.5/10🤩
This bed and breakfast in an old farm house is unbelievably quaint. You're out in the country and you hear the sheep baa, but you're still rather close to Utrecht - just a little more than half an hour by bike. Also, they seemed bike-friendly and let me park inside overnight.
