I really like how the room is designed, especially the efficient way of using sky light. The room is not big, but with the smart way of space usage, it feels like a studio only without a kitchen. The entrance room is interesting, it is small, but with it the room feel much more like a home. This room is very quite. From the road, we walk passing the host's house, along a quite alley this room is on the right side. The surrounding area is really nice. There is a beautiful river along the nearby road. And plenty of green grassland, trees, residences' gardens, a really nice living area. From here it is easy to reach Keukenhof. And actually there are already many flower fields near Sassenheim, which in my mind more pretty than Lisse.

Clean and comfortable room, with bathroom adjacent, in a building modernized from the 1700s! Wonderful view of the canal on a very quiet residential street, yet adjacent to all things in Leiden. We wandered all over the city from our base at the B&B. Wonderful.

Beautiful B&B nicely located near a lake and canal. The room is modern, spotless and big. High ceiling giving an impression of impressive volume. Really great beds to the point that my wife wanted to take them with us. We just couldn't sneak them out through the windows at night 😂
The living and breakfast room are full of light and offer, like the room an amazing view on the water.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I want to say is: we will come back but for more than 1 day this time

Loved everything! The apartment was very spacious. Usually, properties turn out smaller than pictured, but the apartment was huge with a living room, sleeping area, closet, desk, terrace, full kitchen and bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean.
The windows overlooked fields and I could see some colorful tulips fields across the way. I was even able to watch the sunrise from the east facing windows. Pergamo is just down the street from the Tulip Store Showgarden and also a short bike ride from De Tulperij.
Maryse and Michiel were so kind and hospitable. They provided so much helpful information and you could see they took loving care of the property.
It was very convenient to be able to rent a bicycle directly from the property. It included a headlight, taillight and lock.
They were also kind enough to give me a ride to the train station. I found Bolt to be unreliable in the area, so having a confirmed ride to the train station gave me peace of mind.

Reception was very friendly, just right in all aspects. The beds and other facilities were great, many ideas to bring home and also some things that are different or thought out well, but in an unexpected way. The breakfast was excellent, told the owner to keep the current bakery;)

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Lovely spacious room with beautiful bathroom which had both a shower and a bath. The breakfast bar had everything you could think of and I particularly liked all the fresh fruits.
The room was very spacious and quiet even planes were landing above the hotel.
The breakfast was fabulous.
The reception staff was helpful with dinner recommendation.

We chose this property as it was close to Keukenhof Gardens, as well as other sights we wanted to visit. The accommodation is modern, clean, and private, with the added bonus of having driveway parking for our car.
Our host, Bianca, was there to greet us when arrived, and provided us with enough food/drink for breakfast for the 4 nights we were staying there. Sassenheim itself is a charming town with local restaurants available (we particularly enjoyed eating at Eetcafe De Voogd).

The location: a quiet town with shops and restaurants. We could reach The Hague and other places easily. A beautiful park is only a short walk away.
The breakfast: vegan and with options for every wish.
The bathroom: quite modern, it had everything one could need.
Parking: since we traveled by car, it was a HUGE plus for us to have free parking.
Nice big room and nice balcony, breakfast was also good with a comfy bed, but it was difficult to find Uber (almost impossible), better to use a bicycle (rental is available) to the train station, and also better to buy groceries before coming back to the hotel since nothing around, though nice and quiet neighborhood.
Very friendly staff and had dinner in restaurant which was excellent. We also asked to change rooms as we didn't like the open in room bathroom situation and we were moved without fuss to a normal bedroom with a private bathroom.
10 min drive to 2 beaches. generally well kept and offering something for everyone. rooms have a good size. quiet although close to a big road. free parking on premises
