Very clean and comfortable room situated in the centre of Rockanje with all facilities and right above their restaurant which offers delicious and fresh food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Also, the staff offered us room downstairs to safely store our bicycles.

This is a B&B that is self-contained and the hosts provide much more than expected through little additions (e.g. piece of chocolat, peanuts) that make you feel happy. It is comfortable and offers a lot of space and it is well-equipped with a combined oven/microwave, fridge, coffee/thee making facilities etc. Nice quite environment with view on the countryside. Breakfast is tailored to your needs, but the expectation is that you put it yourself together e.g. boil your own eggs, make coffee/thee etc. This makes it flexible, but not every body may like that.

The location is wonderful, the owners are lovely people and cannot do enough for you. The room was very comfortable and very clean. There are some very good restaurants nearby. The town of Maasland is a real gem!.

We were exceedingly impressed with Sandra's B&B. It is beautifully decorated, private, and well located to access public transit. The unit was spotless, furniture was comfortable, the linens pristine, and the bed mattress, while soft, was very supportive. We travel full-time, and without a doubt, this was the nicest unit in which we've stayed; it felt like a home rather than just an impersonal place to lay your head. This accommodation is a stylishly furnished guesthouse run by a very hospitable owner. It is exceptionally cozy and well-equipped. It's one of the best private accommodations I've visited so far. Moreover, the location is excellent for excursions to Rotterdam, The Hague, and Amsterdam. The Wi-Fi was impressively fast and stable, allowing for seamless mobile work.
Even though the purpose of the trip was work related, I had the feeling that I’ve been on vacation. Great hotel with top facilities. Room is very comfortable and spacious, and is also very quiet. Breakfast with plenty of options although with no variation from one day to the other. Restaurant is also good with good options however a bit expensive.
Such a great little hotel . Very comfy beds . Great lounge area and dining within the room . Loved the decor .Super views from room over the meer . Staff were very helpful and friendly . Excellent place to stay - very calm and quiet .
It was just a perfect stay: our lovely host Tamara, every morning an amazing breakfast considering us being GF and DF, beautiful outdoors with black bird couples collecting worms from the grass, really quiet at night, the best shower, etc etc... We will be back :-) !!!
