The decorations are unique and represent Dutch!!! Simple but perfect. Breakfast was great. Location is in a very quiet cul de sac. You can hear birds singing in the morning. There is a very good restaurant nearby too.

We had a delightful stay at Wim’s apartments. Everything was exceptionally clean, tidy, and tastefully arranged. For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The location was excellent. The facility is next door to the Utrecht Estate with cycling and walking trails. It is close to the Belgian border for trips into Belgium. Travel distance to Amsterdam was about and hour, it is easy to get to the highways and move around. The villages nearby has supermarkets and restaurants. At the time that we visited it was quiet. The heating was in the bungalow was good.
A beautiful location, lots of forests, walking / biking trails, birds singing. Good to get away and have some quiet time.
The facilities were simple and clean. Everything worked.
There's an excellent "herberg" restaurant nearby if you don't want to cook.
