Nice one room apartment with good facilities. One of the best beds in a hotel/apartment I have slept in. Very good location in central Heerenveen, but quiet enough even though I stayed there during King's day with party street not far away.
The location is perfect, a short walk from the station and a parking lot close by. The staff is dynamic and friendly. Excellent breakfast. In the evening I had dinner outside, perfect. The room is tastefully decorated, has a bath tub and a shower.
The size of the room and shape worked perfectly for our family. The hotel is set in the middle of nature but there is still a bus that takes you to the city centre. The beach at the lake (Heidemeer) was do-able on foot, so we spent a nice afternoon there too.
