Absolutely exceeded our expectations! Such a warm friendly welcome, great accomodations, and a fabulous breakfast. We had been traveling for a few days and this was by far the best place we stayed. We liked it so much we plan to go back to Eindhoven for a short holiday just so we can stay again!

Great location for the city centre and football stadium.
Plenty of local restaurants and bars within a 3 minutes walk with the city only 10 minutes walking.
The decor had a really nice vibe about it with great WiFi and fully stocked mini bar.
Frans was a great host and fantastic communicator too.
The garden area had a gorgeous koi pond too. So calming.

Obviously the facilities of sauna and jacuzzi were great as expected. The upstairs area is good to chill out afterwards and the bed comfy (huge also). Owner was pleasant and their little dog friendly. Great location from town with bus stop across the road.

Incredibly good value, which included breakfast, plenty of free parking. I hadn't read before booking that it was on the ground of a mental institution, but this added to the uniqueness and wasn't a problem at all. Spectacular buildings surround.

Good location in central Eindhoven. For once a place with shared bathrooms that has plenty enough of them, so you never have to wait. Great breakfast with specialty coffees made to order, a pleasant surprise! Very friendly staff too! About 1km from Eindhoven Centraal, but there's also a bus stop a stones throw away from the place if you don't want to walk.
And on top of it all, great value for money.

The room was very nice. It was small but very cute with a very big comfortable bed! The bathroom was very big and had everything we could ask for and maybe even more. The neighborhood was very nice, beautiful and quiet! We were offered breakfast which was not only very tasty but also we had so many things to choose.

Loved our quirky little apartment that was actually above a very friendly community orientated bar which served nice food and super good well priced cocktails. Our room was cleaned every day and we were provided with lots of towels. There is a very steep staircase to the room which is apparently very Dutch. We got used to it fairly quickly. Really nice staff who even got rid of our old suitcase for us. Loved the nespresso machine to make a quick & tasty coffee. The location was excellent as it was a short walk to the town and only 5 minutes away from where our son lives.

Staying at the Boutiquehotel feels like visiting friends. The villa is in a wonderfully quiet area, but you reach the city centre very easy - a lovely walk at „Parklane“ and you are there. We will be back in case we come to Eindhoven again.

Jos was very welcoming and a great host for my whole trip. The hotel was in a beautiful and quiet location but a short walk away from the city centre. A perfect room for a solo traveller, very comfortable, clean and convenient. No faults at all and would highly recommend. I look forward to coming back to stay again!
The apartment was above what I usually book, it was very comfortable and spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, big screen TV and located in a posh, quaint, charming neighbourhood of the city, a nice stroll away from the city centre. The apartment comes with a nice balcony/terrace that I didn't get to use because of cold rainy weather.
We loved the ground floor apartment with the private garden. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and very clean, as was the rest of the apartment.
There's a large supermarket within walking distance and the city centre can be reached by foot in about 40 minutes. The surrounding forest area is lovely and quiet and full of porcine mushrooms!
