Fabulous location, room and facilities plus a great breakfast and ideally placed for the waterside and the centre of Spakenburg. The hosts were fantastic and so helpful when we arrived very wet and bedraggled after a cycle ride in torrential rain all day.

This have been a fantastic place to stay, calm, green, and with all comfort you can dream on! Bed was the most comfortable one I've ever slept on.. Both the owners have been extremely present, nice, sweet and helpful, I could not wish a better place to rest after a long day! I can't wait to book another weekend :)

Our stay was great, the place is lovely and really feels like home. It was equipped with everything you could think of. The heating was really pleasant and comfortable. The host allowed us to stay on our last day until noon which really made it easy for us. The house is located in a very beautiful village and the hosts let us use their bikes.

Great location and amazing, generous hosts. Room was nice and clean. Lots of places around the property to sit and relax. Loved swimming in the river accessible from backyard. Loved the "man cave" with dart board and snooker table. We enjoyed breakfast which was included in price. We traveled with 13 year old and 1 year old and all the family found something to do and enjoy around the property. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you so much!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The entryway was separate so it felt more private, the bathroom and main space have dimmers so you can adjust to your needs. The windows have wooden vintage styled jalousies that you manually close or open as needed.
The shower is well maintained and spacious. The bed was also very comfy so we slept like babies.
Also the street to and from the location is along the haven so you can walk and relax by the water.

Suberb breakfast, sufficient for breakfast and make four well filled rolls and 2 sandwiches for lunch. Was asked how we liked eggs and they came exactly as asked for.
