It’s a really lovely old house in a great spot to explore Middelburg. The beds are really comfy and even though we were there in very hot weather they have air conditioning to keep you cool if needed. Delicious breakfasts and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Most certainly recommend! We came to stay on Sunday 14th July. We arrived by bicycle so we misjudged the expected arrival time. It was no problem! Gerard was there to warmly greet us and showed us a nice safe spot in the garden where we could leave our bikes. He was very friendly and explained everything clearly and then showed us to our room. The room was delightful. Spacious, nicely decorated and with a view of the river, plus a balcony and possible to open it all and get a breeze through. Lovely private ensuite. The accommodation is well located. Very peaceful. After a great night's sleep, we awoke and went down to breakfast and there was a superb spread put on and Gerard and his dog, Skye, were there to chat about our upcoming day of cycling. So nice!

A wow factor as soon as you enter. the soft furnishings were lovely. The finishing touch details were to perfection. The room was immaculate, quiet, comfortable and equipped with all you should need. Rooms upstairs and down, should you struggle with stairs. The breakfast was superb, with that little extra touch. Parking not a problem. A quaint village with a restaurant nearby for evening meals. Terneuzen close by also.

Unique location in a lovely quiet area. Beautiful luxury room with an excellent bed! Friendly welcome, excellent service during our stay, in short the perfect holiday address! Our stay was very pleasant so we have already booked for the second time. The hotel has a free parking and you can charge your electric car in front of the door.
There are fantastic restaurants in the area and the beach is a 20 min drive.
