Small hotel atop Cafe, 5 rooms but nicely appointed with AC, comfortable bed, relatively quiet and clean, bathroom is compact but functional, location is close to jetty, scuba shops and market, restaurants.
Included breakfast is nice to help with early departure out to island.

As I was leaving, I thought “I can see myself living here permanently and being very happy.” There is a calm and a peace to the atmosphere here; I’m not sure what exactly to attribute it to, but I felt so extremely safe and relaxed during my stay here. The staff is wonderful. Genuinely kind-hearted and soft-spoken local staff with the professional manner of a world class location. There are restaurants and a laundromat within walking distance. The rooms and lobbies are immaculately clean and charmingly decorated with cozy appeal.

The perfect place to stay in Semporna, close to all the restaurant and dive centers. Quiet area, friendly staff and very very clean. I´d stay here again if I come back. They even organize tours that are cheaper than in other place and good organized. The dive instructors were great. All in all happy!
Great location and super comfy, I felt safe and at home. Semporna isn’t the most charming of towns, but Amazing Rooms played a big part in making my visit to Semporna amazing! I hope to be back.
Our stay at Ocean House was just alright. The staff stood out as very pleasant, polite, and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The provision of free drinking water was a nice touch, and the location was conveniently close to the jetty. The availability of parking in front of the building was also a significant advantage, as we were traveling by car and many places in the city center lacked private parking.
Great host! Nice and quiet location. Rooms are not new but clean and comfy. They can arrange several trips or transport for you. They also rent out a GoPro camera which was nice during our snorkelling trip.
The private room was absolutely massive with good air con. We booked twin beds but both were really big. The receptionist Randy was really nice and super helpful! You can book tours through the hostel owner, and the marine park tour is a lot cheaper through the hostel than anywhere else in town. Great location as 5 minutes walk to the jetty for the island tours, and opposite a supermarket
