For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The bedrooms are big, comfortable and cozy. The hotel is located exactly in the towns, easy to walk around and looks for food. They had their own private parking lot. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
We loved our short stay at Bike and Tours Bed and Breakfast. Tisha and Simon are wonderful friendly and kind hosts, and all their staff so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the lovely garden, and later the dinner organised by Hawa’s Artisanal Kitchen (HAK) was exceptional, using local fresh produce and homemade condiments. Breakfast was also superb. Our room was spacious and all facilities clean. We highly recommend staying here when you visit Lahad Datu!

Such a nice stay!! The owner is very friendly and super helpful, helped us to arrange affordable transportation. Rooms are very big and very clean, lovely balcony overlooking the peaceful garden with nice pool. Absolute great value for money. Small but good breakfast. You can have food delivered and eat it downstairs for dinner, as it is located a bit outside of the city center and not close to any restaurants. Very quiet, had a great stay!!
We stayed two days in this hotel on our way to Danum valley and 1 day after return from the national park. It is located in a quiet and safe environment, while it is very close (5 min drive/15 min walk) to the airport and shopping/resto area and 10'min drive to the city centre. it has the comfort of a small hotel while the owner and his family make you feel very welcome and at home. It has a small pool and beautiful garden, a huge terrace to enjoy the sounds of birds and view on squirrels in the gardens around.
Such a nice environment. They have a very relaxing garden with a nice pool. The people are so lovely and welcoming. On arrival I directly received a home made welcome drink and some fruits. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The bed and breakfast runs a private dining concept, definitely the best food I had in Malaysia.
