Absolutely brilliant place, close to the airport, away from the noise of the city, close to the beach for sunset watching, kopitiam downstairs, small market, a couple of traditional grocery shops and a little coffee shop next door for a very good coffee and croissants. We liked the large room with big windows, the shared living room and the common kitchen with access to boiling water for tea, a rice cooker and cooking gear. Get yourself a motorbike and you are good to go.

Great location, easy to get a Grab wherever you wanted to go. Spacious rooms, quiet and well appointed. Excellent breakfast. Excellent gym. Roof top bar was ok, we did not have great weather and there were some strong smells from the fish market below, but it did not detract from the overall stay.
This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s more like a hotel. I stayed mostly in a private room with shared bathroom. Wow! It’s the cleanest place I’ve been on my 4 months travel! Super friendly staff, great location and nice room with comfortable beds. And the vibe inside was great! A big plus also for the music☺️
Our stay at Borneo Beach Villas was an absolute delight. The villas were beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the ocean right from our balcony. We particularly loved the spaciousness of our villa, the well-maintained private pool, and the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen. The resort's amenities, including the fitness center and spa, added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.
Great location right on the waterfront. The pool was fantastic, quiet and peaceful. The bedroom was pure luxury and the staff just faultless in their efforts and their friendliness. The breakfast buffet had so much to offer and the rooftop bar was a fantastic addition! Rocky Kong was so cheerful and helpful with arranging trips for us! Thank you for an amazing stay!

I got a private room for a very good price, great staff, great location, close to port and everything you need.. best sunset view beach is a bit far, but Grab is cheap 🤩
This hostel has a great location on the waterfront and a very welcoming atmosphere. I stayed in a private room which was really comfy and had a lovely sea view. There were lots of nice restaurants and bars on the waterfront to visit in the evening, and plenty of shops and a local market nearby. It was also very clean, the staff were friendly and despite being so central it was nice and quiet in the evening.
