Great room; clean, good air con, beautiful balcony. Seen some reviews about ants / bug problems. No problems at all in our room.
Location; 10min walk to the beach. Then another 10mins walk along the beach to the center of the town. Area is quiet, some building works going on during the day but readonsble hours and didn't bother us at all.

Amazing little gem right at the centre of Zipolite’ beach front. Very laidback atmosphere. We booked ourselves one of the newer beach view rooms with a basic private bathroom and had an amazing time.

A unique place, a little bit removed from the beach but its not a problem - there is a lot of green here. The object is quite comfortable, with mosquitieras enveloping both beds we had (one king-size and one smaller one). For a pair - great place with a lot of nature and still close to the beach(playa del amor the closest). It offers privacy with the way windows are made and how rooms are situated, which both me and the lady appreciated more than once ;)

The staff made me feel very welcome from the get go. Provided a good tour of the facilities and were always tentative to any questions I had.
The dorm was kept in a tidy state and was a nice cool area to avoid the heat.

Highly recommend this place! Super nice location (a bit higher so more circulation) with a cute terrace & a well equipped kitchen. The owners are super friendly, flexible and supportive. I felt very welcome and safe here (solo woman traveler) :)

Big shout out to Manuel, Carlos and Fabian. They were all generous with their time, friendliness, and conversation in a genuine way. The room was very secure and very clean. The bathroom is updated and modern. The bed is comfortable with clean sheets and towels. Wifi was fast enough to watch a TV show. Ceiling fans kept the air moving and comfortable, despite the heat and humidity. Great location for accessing the beach or walking through town. I also happened to be there while a tropical storm rolled in. Everyone was very supportive and I felt *really* taken care of!

The good traits were a nice outdoor lounge area, great location, great water pressure in the shower, great wifi, and the fridge and kitchen were nice amenities that are somewhat rare in Zipo. Overall, it's a cute place (just three rooms), Federica, the manager, was nice and helpful, and it was cheap so still good value.

- Even though a bit separated from the main town, it was still in a walkable distance from the beach and there were cheap colectivos passing in the road most of the time.

Quiet, great location to the beach and town. The shower was not hot but a very comfortable temperature. Large room to spread out. Own kitchen for personal use. We only made use of the fridge. Lovely terrace with hammock, two chairs, table with four chairs. Mosquito net and screens. We spent most of the time beaching, did not use other available facilities.
Best value in Zipolite, good location (beach, main street), yet quiet. Motel style, has air conditioning, private bathroom, hot water, mini fridge, all working fine, and pool. Excellent quality to price. 24 hr reception desk. Cleaning staff friendly.
