My husband stayed here on New Year's Eve. The front desk man called a few times, speaking very good English, to help him find the hotel. The front desk man was very kind and helpful. The room was small and clean and the hotel was located in a safe area. The price was very reasonable and he got good value.
As a disclaimer, I didn't see the hotel, only heard about it through my husband and spoke with the front desk person.

Great location and friendly local host, who was very accommodating, provided transport to beach and local amenities and was very helpful in directing us to whatever we needed. Close to beach and surf, had laundry and kitchen facilities available onsite and a nice restaurant and coffee/smoothie shop close by.

Welcoming extremely helpful host. Delicious breakfasts and sea views. Amy was generous with helpful advice and information and even lent us snorkeling gear. It was a great mix of relaxation and adventure. Our local beach was a short walk away and it was quiet, safe for swimming and beautiful.

Very private complex, great location near the Super Che, pool was perfect for families, staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms and beds were comfortable and had all the basic necessities. It was wonderful having a kitchen to cook meals in.

The location was excellent. Just a short 17 min walk into the main town, another 15 min walk to the boat pier and 5 mins to the beach. The location is quiet and 2 mins from a grocery store. This hotel is small and very private. The air conditioning was also very good. Staff helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the property was also excellent.
This luxury hotel features a lovely private beach. Its architecture and design is high-quality, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and there is a large pool. Breakfasts, in a tranquil open-air setting next to the beach, are a real highlight.
This is a fantastic boutique type hotel right on the beach with two pools. The hotel is small enough and quiet
to really relax and take in the views of the bay. The hotel is around a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city center.

Great location close to Santa Maria Beach, restaurants and marina for Bay Cruises. A quieter area of Santa Cruz. Hotel is older, very clean and well maintained. Pool area and restaurant are noisy to 10:00pm. For quieter room chose one off the pool area. Restaurant is very good with great value and service. Very friendly waiters.
Aesthetically pleasing hotel without spending flashy resort prices. Beautiful pool with drinks service. We had a corner room overlooking the marina with the bigger balcony. rooms are quiet. The wifi has been improved since we stayed here in 2019 and is now nice and powerful. excellent breakfast in restaurant.
We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and recommend going with them to check several room options before taking all your bags up as there are no lifts. corner rooms have way bigger balconies.
