This is a very nice hotel ideally located in Puerto Vallarta, on the river. The rooms are lovely, very nice ambiance. We were welcomed with a margarita and fresh guacamole. It is relatively quiet and we enjoyed bird-watching during breakfast on the terrace next to the river.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, starting with the warm and friendly welcome from Sebastian, who made check-in a breeze. The location is fantastic—convenient to everything you’d want to explore. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably air-conditioned, which was a real plus. If you have the option, I highly recommend choosing rooms 11 and 12; they are by far the best, offering a peaceful atmosphere and great views. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

While our stay was far from perfect, I have to say that the maids and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping team was especially kind—they were always smiling and ensured that our room was cleaned as best as possible given the circumstances.

Excellent small but very comfortable room with everything one could need. Do not hesitate if you want a private quiet room with bathroom right in the heart of everything. Plus a nice little balcony to hang out on. The outside may not look the best but this apartment was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more or better
A beautifully renovated high end house with private lockable large bedroom bath suites. Bed, A/C, wifi, lighting , room darkening shades, and hot water were each excellent. One minute walk to OXXO, 3 minute walk to malecon. Many restaurants nearby. Very quiet, clean and well run property

Great hotel at great location. This hotel had good restaurants and great location ( not far from the beach ) . Bus stop is very close ( so is the airport ) and 30 mins walk from the city centre.
