Location was right across from beach and very close to dining and shopping. Communication with the hotel excellent and they were accomdating, by allowing us to store our bags before the room was ready.

For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Great location within walking distance to the main part of town and playa norte but away enough to have quiet and privacy so youre not flooded with tourist upon stepping out the door. Pool with ocean view was extra nice. Even had kitchen with coffee maker, etc. 2 bottles of water in the fridge at arrival was a nice touch. Also, a very nice and helpful maid!
The stay here was perfect! The staff is so friendly, especially Andrea. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere. Even being so close to the restaurants and the Main Street we didn’t hear the loud noise people complained about at night. The hotel itself is very nicely kept. If you like boutique hotels, this is for you!
Great location, in the middle of the town but still very privet and quiet, nice and comfortable rooms. We loved the pool on the roof and the kitchen that enabled us to cook our on breakfast.
Loved how quiet it was and the privacy we had. It was close to town but not to close. Bed was comfortable, ac worked great. Andrea was very helpful and responsive. Had room one the view was amazing. We did a tour on Isla contoy. It was great. The rooftop was amazing. Loved the private area we had. We rented a motorcycle. Best restaurants was Lola Valentina and fish and gin.
Loved the location, close to town and ferry, 5 min. Very quiet, fabulous private beach and the pool was outside our door! Just beautiful.
Loved having the kitchen for breakfast and snacks and a full size fridge for drinks. They had Netflix, Prime, Youtube etc so good for that.
Good air-conditioning, hot water for showers, parking for golf cart.

Charming boutique hotel perfectly located close to the beach and main street of bars/restaurants, but nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. Rooms are basic and clean, and there is nice courtyard for hanging out (although we didn't spend much time there). The owners were very friendly and accommodating for our delayed arrival. Great place to stay for a visit to Islas Mujeres!
