Our room was great! It had everything we could have wanted - the bed was comfortable, the air-con was great and the wifi was pretty fantastic considering it’s on an island. We walked to and from the ferry terminal, and walked everywhere from the accommodation. The owners are very friendly and kind. It’s so quiet, even during the day, which made it very relaxing. We slept so well!

Not much. Our room stank of mould and didn't look clean at all...we asked to move rooms, and the next room just smelled really strongly of bleach (to cover up the mould smell). It was deserted there, which doesn't surprise me.
We actually left after 30 minutes to book another place down the road. For the price charged they really need to do a better job at maintaining the place.

Incredible luxury boutique resort on Holbox, with a very well kept private beach. The room was a great size with a large double bed and a day bed/sofa. The shower was also really nice. It was about a 20 minute walk from the main town, which meant it was nice and quiet on the beach. The staff were really attentive and you could order anything from the menu by text to whichever part of the hotel you were in (restaurant, beach bar, poolside or on the beach loungers).
Great hosts, very accommodating, helpful and proactive. The room was lovely with both air-con and a ceiling fan. I enjoyed the hammock in my room as well. Great location, close to everything but still quiet.
The hosts are amazing, they went out of their way to help me get to the ferry after a big storm that cut off the electricity to the island and flooded the streets. This is a great spot, lovely room with all that I needed.

Great location, very nice, clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. The AC took a long time to cool down the room and the staff turns off the AC every day after cleaning, so it was warmer than comfortable for part of every day. The prices for drinks in the fridge were cheaper than the gas station. The area is quiet and we had no trouble sleeping.
We stayed twice in Villa Los Mangles and had such a nice time.
First time it was room "Algeria" and second time room "Amor". "Algeria" was a big room with everything we needed. "Amor" is a bit smaller but with a huge and private rooftop terrace which is amazing.
Villa Los Mangles is located not in the city center which is 15min walking distance. For us no problem at all and as a result it is very quiet there which we enjoyed.

The facilities and the location are definitely a HUGE plus. The hotel is beautiful. It has a lot of charm with the 2 pools and view on the rainforest (if you're on the 2nd floor). Access to the private beach (which is one of the best in Holbox). Close enough to the city centre but far enough to be quiet and peaceful.
The staff were friendly, the gardens are cool with lots of chill areas. Cheapest 2 bedroom hut in Holbox. Great location in the quieter area of the island. The hummingbirds in the garden early morning were a treat
Fantastic and kind host that were very welcoming and eager to help with any problems or recommendations. The room was perfect with a great, private balcony and some nice decor in the apartment. The location is a little off the city center, but nothing special and it gives some nice, quiet nights. Highly recommended.
it is the second floor of a charming wooden house only a few seconds walk from the beach. it is on a quiet stretch of the island, away from beach bars that play loud music and a walk from the town centre. it is close to a market with cheap place to eat and the airfield. it has a kitchen with a gas hob, coffee maker and fridge/freezer, pots/pans/cutlery/crockery.
holbox island has no tourist ‘attractions’ like museums, sights, ruins, walks, parks, shopping centres etc. so you are forced to relax!
