The owner 's (Ignacio’s) main business is raising oranges. The property has 16 acres of orange trees with a few of wine grapes. In 2014 he built five rooms (each with a private bath) for “guests", an office and kitchen. The first time my husband and I stayed at Terra del Valle was shortly after it opened. Since then a jacuzzi and lap-pool have been added and a CHARGER for electric vehicles which we greatly appreciate.
We also appreciate that the construction is 100% ecological and self-sustaining. Bales of wheat straw were used for the walls to keep the building cool during the summer and warm in winter. (There is additional heating controlled by a thermostat, however, as well as ceiling fans.) The plaster is made of natural materials—lime and sand. Electricity is supplied by solar panels.
Breakfast (which includes eggs, toast, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice, homemade preserves and jams, cereal, milk, coffee, tea) is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the kitchen next to the office. The kitchen, that is open 24/7, has a refrigerator where guests may store food and beverages. Cups, an electric teapot, and a variety of delicious teas, and fresh fruit are always available (at no extra cost).
The central patio and garden are lovely. We went out for 4 or 5 hours every day to visit a winery or two and to eat late lunch/early dinner. The rest of time we were at Terra del Valle reading, walking on the grounds, enjoying the CLEAN air and beautiful surroundings. I haven't seen another place I like more. We spent three nights this time; next time we will stay four.
ADVICE: during low season many restaurants are open only on Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays. Reservations are strongly recommended during high season.

beautiful place, little independent cabins. In the evening we were in our own balcony/terrace having wine and with a gas heater, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom with all you could need. The hotel is very close to some of the best vineyards and restaurants.

Very beautiful place to stay! Rooms are nice, comfy and clean. The backyard is amazing and at night very beautiful with a bonfire-place. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was fresh made and good. Some nice restaurants are nearby. Really recommend this place and would stay again!

We loved our stay at UvaUva! The location was amazing! It was up a bit higher on the hill so we had a beautiful sunset and sunrise view from the property and balcony. The bedding was so comfortable and the shower was delicious. We enjoyed the cute little town it was located in which was quiet but had everything we needed. The owners Monica and Matt are so sweet and made us feel at home. They offered us breakfast one morning which was delicious and other treats during our stay. We will definitely by coming back!!

Henry and Ruth were the owners and took exceptional care of us. This cozy little Bed and Breakfast is like staying at your Parents luxury get away. Close to Ensenada about 30min.. Close to Wineries liks Santo Tomas and Misiones (10min) so makes this an ideal place to hang and check out the wineries and chill out. Will go back again in a New York Minute!

Great service, the employees are very helpful. The location is kinda "hidden" and thus it provides a "get away" sense. The area is also very quiet and calm. Facilities are also in perfect condition. Bed was very comfortable. Room is not that big but it was enough. Restroom is large and the water temperature was working just fine.
The place is beautiful and the view from the room was just perfect. In the morning I prepared a cup of coffee and went into the balcony to enjoy a great view from this little great place.

Casa Nativo is located at a very fine area of the valley and surrounded by a lot of boutique vineyards that offer a lot of opportunity to try different wines.
Lovely house that is the only one in the vineyard, so you have the calm and quietness, there is working kitchen inside that could make food.
