The nicest place we stayed during our Yucatán vacation. The property is quiet and beautiful, an excellent place to escape the noise of Tulum yet still be within a short drive to attractions. The owners who live on site have created a peaceful oasis and provide service that is attentive and friendly but not intrusive and offer home cooked meals at reasonable prices. The rooms, common areas and gardens are very tastefully designed and decorated, and you almost don't want to leave. There are two large dogs and two cats that live on the property that quickly became friendly once they knew us! We would have been happy to spend our entire vacation at this place and hope to have the chance to come back again one day. Highly recommended.

The room was excellent and the location was great with some private dining and places to get a drink close by. The bathroom shower and tub and the living room areas were especially nice! The staff did a great job cleaning and providing fresh towels every day.

It is very clean, has everything in the kitchen you need for cooking and the staff is super nice. It’s in a great location - just a few min walking distance from Ado bus station, all the shops, street food etc. but was super quiet at night.
There is also a rooftop terrace where you can watch sunset in the evening.

Tranquil garden-escape in a jungle-like setting. The hut was an ecco- bungalow style with one large room for living space and an attached bathroom. Though simple, it was decorated in a comfortable boho style. We loved how private and remote it seemed.
We would be remiss not to mention how lovely and attentive the owner/operator Laura is. We felt connected from first meeting her and suspect she would be described that way by others as well.

Just by the beach, however no direct access. AC works well, no party noise however jungle animals were heard at night. The hosts were accommodating and easy to reach. They even arranged a transfer to airport for us for a minimal fee.
For travelers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms might be shared by other guests, and there's usually shared space with the host.
Absolutely beautiful hotel surrounded by nature with amazing pools, beautifully decorated rooms and warm people taking care of this place. The breakfast was superb including fresh fruit every day.
The apartment was tranquil and quiet! A perfect place to rest! The host (management company) was very proactive, responsive and efficient! Great AC and a lovely pool! The king size bed was so comfortable! Definitely stay here! And definitely book a meal at Probadita (you can walk there from the apartment)! There are quiet roads to run on if you enjoy jogging like I do!

The best place of the whole Yucatan! We were really full with the lot of people in Playa del Carmen and Tulum, so we were looking for a quiet and peacefull place! Here we found heaven! The crew, the location, the whole place made us to stay there as much as we can! If you can only visit one place, make it this one and you will not be disappointed!
