Extremely beautiful, clean, quite properly where they go the extra mile to pay attention to detail. They offered all the basic amenities and went above and beyond by offering robes, slippers, candles, incense, chargers, and more. The bed is extremely soft and comfortable, as are the pillows. I only stayed one night but wish I stayed longer. I will definitely be back. Beautiful Mayan decor all around. I absolutely recommend this place.

Incredible place, you’d never believe it’s in Cancun. It feels like the middle of the jungle. The owner was fabulous too. He was very friendly and cooked me a huge breakfast himself. The property is beautiful—I saw coatis and heard tons of birds. Really it was by far the most beautiful , most personable and welcoming place I’ve ever stayed in Tulum.

The neighborhood around Casa de Ana has a lot of interesting seafood restaurants and fish sellers who will fry fish and shrimp on site. It's proximity to Lopez Portillo makes it very accessible to public transportation, taxi, etc. The room was comfortable and felt very secure, with a very heavy door.

Really charming and cozy hotel with private pool area, super helpful staff, beautiful roof top terrace with sunsets. We've got spacious room with sea view although booking was for street side room. They use online support for customers which is very convenient and fast. We travelled through Hoteleria zode on public bus, which was cheap and convenient, there is bus stop nearby. Everything was perfect.
A charming boutique hotel in a good location, just off the main hotel zone. Easy access to Isla Mujeres, Cancun city centre and the shops and restaurants of the hotel zone. Stunning lagoon views from many rooms and pool area. The rooftop terrace served drinks in the evenings at sunset, which was a nice surprise. Morning coffee is available at the hotel and breakfast can be bought at the shop around the corner. A warm recommendation for this hotel!
We had a great short stay - everything was easy, clean, beautiful. Sandra was extremely helpful with local information, instructions for check-in and even gave us a breakfast to go, as we couldn't be there for a proper breakfast. Great location for the bus station, enjoyable and cheap mexican breakfast, located in a quiet part of the town. The beds were large and comfortable, the shower had good pressure.
This family run bed and breakfast was amazing, we wish we could have stayed longer. It's downtown near lots of restaurants and shops and a park with food stands which is very convenient. It's just a short bus (or taxi) ride to the beach which the owner helped us organise. The place is charming with lots of plants and ornaments, and some great places to relax.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and their dog is fun to play with.
