Great location and friendly local host, who was very accommodating, provided transport to beach and local amenities and was very helpful in directing us to whatever we needed. My husband stayed here on New Year's Eve. The front desk man called a few times, speaking very good English, to help him find the hotel. The front desk man was very kind and helpful. The room was small and clean and the hotel was located in a safe area. The price was very reasonable and he got good value.
As a disclaimer, I didn't see the hotel, only heard about it through my husband and spoke with the front desk person.

The location is excellent, only about a five minute walk to zocolo (centro). The staff here were fantastic offering lots of help. Wonderfully clean quiet room.i will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Welcoming extremely helpful host. Delicious breakfasts and sea views. Amy was generous with helpful advice and information and even lent us snorkeling gear. It was a great mix of relaxation and adventure. Our local beach was a short walk away and it was quiet, safe for swimming and beautiful.

The room and location were great yes lots of steps not a problem for us. Really lovely neighborhood a reasonable walk to beach and a few restaurants. The dogs were busy but not a problem. Nice to have a fridge in the room although freezer didn't consistently freeze.
