The place was perfectly located with so many restaurants close by even the beach is a minute walk and the owners treated us well.We asked for a late checkout and they gave it to us which was appreciated. The breakfast is basic fruits ,egg,toast yogurt but was more than enough and the coffee was the best.The place was super clean and the rooftop is their best feature where you can go up relax have a drink and feel the wind.Loved every moment of this place.I would definitely go back.

I loved the location, very quite, unlike the constant noise you get in the resorts. You need a car, but the host hires them, new cars, cheaper than my car rental. Nice breakfast. Super comfortable bed. Nice pool.

Great location being somewhat secluded but only a 10 mins walk from the centre of flic en flac and the public beach. Massive balcony with fantastic views of the ocean and sunsets. Good buffet selection for breakfast (only booked B&B). 2 excellent pool areas and private beach with sunbeds and 4 very friendly beach dogs. Some water activities included like snorkeling and a glass bottom boat.
Lovely plentiful breakfast lots of choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in quiet side street. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Supermarket within easy walking distance. Would definitely love to return.

I had been to Flic en Flac before, but found this location off the main Coastal Road very central, near the beach and supermarket and yet still very quiet, despite my balcony just overlooking Radar Avenue where cars have to slow right down to turn the corner. You hardly hear any traffic. And it is very secure with digi-pad for the garden gate and main front door, and there is also a private carpark!
A very good place to relax. Communication from start to finish was flawless. Location in a quiet area, about 15 minutes to the city center. The nearest beach is not impressive, but within a 10-minute walk you will find more atmospheric places. The room is cleaned every day by two super nice ladies. We spent 10 very successful days.
Excellent location, just a few minutes from the sea, shops and restaurants. Very quiet and private property, has all facilities what we needed. Nice to sit on the terrace with a drink or breakfast. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Great value for money. We are looking forward back there. The best holiday ever.
We visited many countries Florida, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Maldives, Morocco....everywhere we stayed in private apartments or houses. Roshan's house is definitely the best value for money. The house is comfortable, in a quiet part of the resort, equipped with everything needed even for a longer stay. The owner is very nice, ready to help with anything. A private pool and a drinking water fountain inside the house are great. It takes 7-10 minutes to go to the beach and the supermarket. We can only recommend this accommodation!
Great location and very clean. Great host, but we did not need her help as the apartment has everything you need. The apartment is an older apartment but comfortable. Beach near is fantastic and supermarket and restaurants nearby. Quiet area, will recommend if you want something else than hotel.
